My name is Alex and I’m going to take you on a virtual tour of who I am and some history about my career as a barber and as a businessman.
I’m a happy husband and blessed father of two little angels.
I grew up down east in Montreal and I’m a Canadian Lebanese which makes me trilingual (English/French/Arabic)
Moved to Alberta 21 years ago during high school where I started to develop passion for barbering, I started by cutting my friend’s hair and honestly I did some really funny and ugly haircuts at the time.
Due to taking on serious responsibilities at an early age I did not go to university. Instead I worked in construction for about a year which I personally disliked and couldn’t see myself continuing on this road for long.
That’s when it hit me, why not take my barbering passion to the next level and turn it into a career.
In 2004 I started my professional hairstyling career at one of the most respected hair academy in Edmonton, Marvel College.
Few years into my career I realized that I didn’t mind the hairstyling but on the other hand I loved the barbering side, that’s when I switched from hairstylist to barber.
Eventually worked my way up to Master Barber and to the proud and humble owner of one of the most successful barbershops in the Edmonton area, House Of Handsome Barbershop.
Now at HOH we offer our dear clients an upscale comfortable and friendly atmosphere with the utmost quality and style worth bragging about. Our clients get pampered from head to toes, literally 😉👌
